These terms govern your use of MOT Alert at https://mot.77t.co.uk/ (the “Service”), provided by 77t Limited, registered in England and Wales (no. 13548922), registered address 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service lets you look up a vehicle’s MOT history and expiry using DVSA data, and optionally sign up for email reminders. It is provided for general information only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. By signing up for reminders you confirm the email address is yours or that you have permission to use it.

Looking up vehicles

When you check a vehicle you confirm you are its owner or keeper, or otherwise have a legitimate reason and the right to view its information. You must not use the Service to harass or harm any person or in breach of any law.

Email reminders

Reminders are a free convenience. We use reasonable efforts to send them around 30, 21, 14 and 3 days before the due date, but do not guarantee timing or delivery. You remain solely responsible for keeping your vehicle’s MOT valid. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not scrape or bulk-extract data, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or overload the Service or the DVSA systems behind it, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access or delete a subscription for breach.

Data accuracy

MOT data is supplied by the DVSA and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. See our Disclaimer. We are not affiliated with the DVSA, DVLA or GOV.UK.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design and content (excluding DVSA data and third-party marks) are owned by 77t Limited or its licensors, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information, missed or late reminders, or unavailability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law; your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
